- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄3 cup soymilk
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
directions
- Mix together all wet ingredients.
- Mix all dry, except oatmeal and raisins, in a separate bowl.
- Add dry to wet.
- Add oatmeal and raisins.
- Bake at 400F for 12 minute.
