directions

  • Cook noodles according to pkg directions.
  • Brown meat with onion until no longer pink.
  • Add tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, garlic powder, italian seasoning and salt.
  • Drain noodles.
  • In same pan, heat cream cheese with evaporated milk, stir until smooth; Return the noodles to pan and mix well.
  • Pour noodle mixture into sprayed 9x9 in baking dish.
  • Top with meat sauce.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
  • Let sit on rack 10 minutes before serving.

  1. Made this for dinner, did end up adding just a little more evaporated milk once the noodles were in the dish, thought it looked like it needed it. This is an easy no brainer recipe. Liked it and sent the leftovers to work with my husband, who thought it tasted better the next day.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
