Ingredients Nutrition
Meat Mixture
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumb (broken in your hand)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
Sauce Mixture
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all meat ingredients with a mixture or by hand.
- Shape mixture into loaf shape.
- Place on baking sheet that has high sides.
- Pour sauce over top and around the sides.
- In a seperate bowl, mix sauce ingredients and wisk.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mintues.
- Make sure internal temperature is above 165 degrees F.
- Let rest.
