  1. Melt butter.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Beat together melted butter and eggs and pour in to the milk.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry mix until combined.
  5. Lumpy batter is ok.
  6. Heat large pan or griddle to medium heat.
  7. Brush pan or griddle with oil or butter.
  8. Pour batter into pan 1/4 cup per pancake.
  9. Cook till bubbles form on top; flip and let cook till golden brown.
  10. Repeat with remaining batter.
