  • Beat egg and sugar until light.
  • Add melted butter and vanilla.
  • Mix flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add flour and buttermilk alternatively. Add more buttermilk for consistency.
  • Cook in non-stick pan, flipping when edges start to brown and holes start to appear.
  • Enjoy with butter and maple syrup.
