Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (1 lb) boxof prepared macaroni noodles (I generally use the tri-color rotini)
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can black olives (whole or sliced)
  • 1 12 cups broccoli, crown- cut
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing (store brand works great and is cost effective)
  • salt & fresh ground pepper
  • 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain noodles throughly. Toss in vegetables, dressing and seasonings. Mix throughly. Chill 2-4 hours. Serve cold.
