  • Heat butter, green pepper, celery, onion, oregano, garlic powder, & cayenne pepper until veggies are crisp.
  • Add tomato juice. Heat to boil. Simmer for 5 minute.
  • Mix cornstarch & 1/2 cup tomato juice until smooth.
  • Add mixture & shrimp to vegetables. Cook till mixture boils, thickens, & shrimp turns pink. Let simmer 1 hour.
  • Serve over rice.
