  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets wit parchment paper.
  3. Mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, cream sugar and butter until combined. Add the egg yolks, and beat well.
  5. Add vanilla extract.
  6. Add the flour mixture until just combined. DO NOT OVER MIX!
  7. Using a cookie scoop or an icecream scoop, scoop balls of cookie dough. Roll in sugar and then place on sheets.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the tops of cookie slightly cracked.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Enjoy, enjoy :)!
