Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Whip together "yam" ingredients and pour into a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  3. Mix "topping" ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs and drop over top of yam mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. To freeze: Assemble casserole as directed up to the point of baking. Cover well with foil. Label and freeze.
  6. To serve: Thaw in fridge, uncover and bake as directed.
