- 3 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces brandy (Singani or Pisco preferred)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste) (optional)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cold water (or crushed ice)
directions
- Place all ingredients in a shaker.
- Mix very well.
- Chill. This should be served very cold.
