ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup dried thyme
- 1⁄4 cup sumac
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried onion powder (granules)
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted
directions
- Combine thyme, sumac, salt and toasted sesame seeds. If desired, may be ground into a fine powder in a spice mill.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 months.
