Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12 cups cooked salmon (canned is fine)
  • 23 cup rusk, crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • butter

Directions

  1. Mix first five ingredients in order listed; form into balls.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet; place balls into skillet.
  3. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
