Zeppole Made Easy
"A really easy recipe that I found online. It's from a lady who sold Zeppole at feasts and such. Serve them in a brown bag like they do at street fairs."

ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 small eggs
- 1 cup flour
- oil (for deep frying)
directions
- Mix all ingredients together, drop a tablespoon full into hot oil until golden. Blot off oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy! Then make more.
