  • Mix all dry ingredients then add the wet.
  • Whisk together and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • This recipe can also be made into muffins: divide batter into muffin pans and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

  2. Very good. Next time I won't use the salt as this batch was a bit salty but I haven't had bread in so long it didn't matter. Lol
     
  3. Just read the nutritional info. One net carb per serving. Very high in calories.

Tweaks

  1. Lessen or remove the salt if you like. I used pink Himalayan salt and it seemed a bit salty. Maybe it's the tire of salt I used.
