Zesty Chicken Marinade

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup Tabasco jalapeno sauce
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
directions
- Combine liquid ingredients in 1 gallon size food storage bag to create the marinade. Mix well.
- Place chicken breasts in bag and seal. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade.
- Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired.

Wow!! Perfect heat for my DD and myself! I marinaded 8 chicken breasts (4 pounds) overnight to get the maximum flavor. If you're a person that likes heat, you need to try this easy fix recipe. We will be making this again. Made for *Comfort Cafe Summer 2009* game my theme was "Marinades for Chicken" (QI: Lemon Juice).
