directions

  • mince the vegetables.
  • and mix into ground turkey.
  • recommended you marinade overnight.
  • roll the mixture into 4-5 inch diameter balls (makes 4-6 burgers).
  • in a sauce pan, heat oil and throw in cumin.
  • when you smell cumin, place the balls onto pan and flatten until thickness of burger is about 3/4" thick.
  • drizzle oil on burger.
  • flip over after a minute.
  • cover with lid.
  • leave for 3 minutes.
  • and flip over.
  • cover with lid.
  • leave until there is no pink inside (poke to check).
  • you can grill this too.
