- 4 eggs, poached
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1⁄4 cup melted Cheese Whiz
- 1⁄4 cup salsa
directions
- Place two eggs on each slice of toast.
- Top with cheese and salsa.
- Serve immediately.

What a surprise this was as I must admit I never thought I would eat cheese whiz. Actually what I found here in Aust. was called cheddar cheese spread but a canadian neighbour told me it tasted the same as cheese whiz. I actually put the cheese straight on the hot toast then topped it with the poached egg and added the salsa to that. The resultant flavour much to my surprise was very good indeed. Thanks recipe fairy for giving me a recipe of would not normally have tried but will certainly try again as I have that cheese whiz to use up.
