  1. So delicious! I thought two tablespoons of horseradish would be too much for the rest of the family, so I put one in and you couldn't even tell. Going to put two tablespoons in next time! Thanks for the recipe!

  2. Took the eggs out and waited to mix the vinegar untl about 1/2 hour before serving. 1st attempt making potato salad and it turned out great!

  3. Really good. I made it for a cookout and everyone loved it. I made it without the bacon, but it was still very tasty. The only thing I would change would be to add a little bit more salt the next time I make it.

  4. Fabulous! I love horseradish and I also loved the herbs in this potato salad. It was creamy like traditional potato salads, but had soooo much more flavor. Two tablespoons of horseradish may seem like a lot, but really it is not overdone. Thanx for a great tator salad recipe!

  5. Very good potato salad. I like the use of sour cream. I used dill seed instead of dill weed, as I didn't have any on hand. Also used prepackaged bacon bits. Only made half the recipe, as there are just two of us. Very easy to put together and I would definitely make it again. Made for PAC Spring '08.

I am a constant baker, always trying a new recipe or creating one of my own. I have been baking and cooking ever since I can remember, my earliest memories being those of cooking with my mom. My cookbook file is full of generations of handwritten pages passed down from mother to daughter. Recipes aren't about ingredients and how to, rather they are memories of people and times that have made me who I am. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
