- 1⁄2 cup Wishbone Italian dressing
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 6 cups watermelon, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 large seedless cucumber (sliced )
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro or 1/4 cup mint leaf
directions
- Combine Wishbone Italian Dressing , sugar and jalapeno pepper chopped in small bowl until sugar is dissolved ; set aside.
- Combine cucumbers, watermelon and cilantro or mint in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Toss with dressing.
