  1. Delicious side dish! I halved the recipe, which I thought was more than enough for 4 hearty servings. I thought the blend of seasonigns was terrific and will be making this dish again often. The zucchini came out a beautiful bright green - very attractive. Thanks!

  2. Delish. I love sauteed zucchini and the spices made this great. Thanks for sharing. Made for What's on the Menu tag.

  3. Very good and easy, I have used this recipe alot since finding it.

  4. The spices on this dish were lovely. Made an otherwise bland vegetable stand out. :)

  5. I used a combination of yellow squash and zucchini. Substituted fresh parsley for the dried and inadvertently used twice as much garlic powder. I think fresh garlic would also be good with this and was tempted to add some till I saw that I had already added more than indicated. The seasoning was so good and the dish very much enjoyed.
