Directions

  1. Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of cold water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and dash of salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain potatoes and put in fridge.
  5. In bowl add olive oil, cider vinegar, Miracle Whip and Hot Sauce.
  6. Make sure taste is to your likeing.
  7. Add pickles, green peppers, onions, and celery to the potatoes.
  8. Add Miracle Whip mixture and mix well.
  9. Decorate dish with slices of hard boiled eggs and paprika.
