Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook and stir meat until brown.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Prepare elbows as directed on package; drain.
  5. In ungreased 2 quart casserole mix all ingredients except potato chips.
  6. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Uncover, sprinkle with potato chips and bake and additional 5 minutes.
