  • Pre-heat oven 325 Degrees.
  • Cream eggs and Splenda.
  • Add oil, Zucchini and vanilla. Sift in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into two greased loaf pans.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

I love to cook with my husband. We always have this little joke about me being his Sous Chef because he has been cooking so much longer than I have. I am a big family kind of person. Every Sunday all seven of us kids meet at our parent's house for dinner. With the family growing I am hoping to have my cook book grow along with it.
