  1. Cake:.
  2. Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda) in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add oil, eggs and mix well.
  4. Add zucchini and walnuts; stir well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Frosting:.
  9. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Add sugar and mix well.
  11. Frost cake.
  12. Sprinkle with additional walnuts.
