  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix onion, pepper, and spaghetti sauce together.
  3. In a large casserole dish layer the following: Rice, 1/2 cup water, sausage, cheese, zucchini, sauce mix, cheese.
  4. Cover dish with foil.
  5. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees (Check after 30 minutes, it may need more water).
  6. Let rest for five minutes, then serve and enjoy!
