- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 zucchini, sliced long wise and chopped into 2-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 (8 ounce) can baby corn
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
directions
- wash and prepare vegetables.
- Heat oil in pan on medium.
- add honey, spices and sauces.
- add vegetables.
- fry until soft.
- pour sunflower seeds over and mix.
