  1. Mix the butter, flour, and egg yolks in a mixing bowl into a dough and refrigerate overnight. Keep your egg whites.
  2. Shell and Grind walnuts.
  3. Stiffly beat egg whites.
  4. Mix walnuts and egg whites with remaining ingredients. This is your filling.
  5. Form approximately walnut size balls of dough and roll very thin. Spread about a tablespoon of filling on the dough. Gently roll up the dough and pinch the ends. Place seam down on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10-15 mins at 400 degrees.
  7. After baking, roll in powdered sugar when they are cool enough to handle.
