i grew up in a resturant. i learned how to cook from my parents. because of this i use alot of herbs etc. altho, i am a much more gourmet cook than they are, as cooking for the masses needs to be a little plainer. i have 3 grown sons, and 2 step children still at home. i am the predominant cook in this house, altho my man also was raised in a resturant, but his parents went to culinary school. so food is a huge part of our life. first time around for me, i married an italian family, and one must learn how to make the italian gravy. so i'm pretty well rounded in the kitchen.am always looking for something new to change it up, that is still fairley healthy, as heath and weight is also an issue in this house.
