I love to cook almost any and everything. The one thing that I can not cook due to alergies is seafood, any kind. This really bites because before I became alergic I loved shrimp and crab. I really like to make up new recipes, I usely just look in my fridge and cabanit and just throw something together. I try to keep chicken, beef, pork, and frozen veggies in the freezer at all times and rice, pasta, tomato's-sauce, black beans and a few other staples. Always keep a well stocked spice and condiment cabinet. As for my personal life I married the most wonderful woman in the world on Sept 1 2008 however we've been together for almost 7 years now. We don't have any kids yet but are planning on our segregate getting pregnant this December.
