@LV HealthNut
I'm married and in my early 30s, and have never really had a serious problem with weight...after gaining a few pounds above the norm after marriage I decided that just because I'm married, I can't just "let go" of myself... I still need to take care of myself (though I have no kids yet, I'd like to live a long healthy life with them)! I used to cook food for me and my husband with the thought of simplicity -- i.e. everything fried is easy! And though my husband still likes those fried foods and meats and is resistant to change, I've made the personal decision to change my eating and diet habits -- slowly but surely. I doubt that I will ever become a full "raw foodie", but I'm trying to eat healthy, organic, natural foods and continually incoporate them in my life. So, I've been experimenting, and will post my natural, msg-free (and hopefully health-smart) recipes online.
