I am a stay at home mother of a 6yr old that I homeschool and expecting a baby on June 2009. I am usually feeling tired and overwhelmed, I love finding recipes that are easy and don't require expensive ingredients. Did I forget to mention that my husband is a chef so that adds the stress of making sure the food comes out basically perfect every time... althou he has eaten some things that I just feel grateful that he did :)
