I am new to the whole health food idea. I was a sinner when it came to using fried foods as a staple in my family's diet. I have learned from that and I am changing my meals lower fats etc. Or at least trying so if you know of good things I can fix which are good for you.. that the kids wont go running for the door.. please let me know!! I would love to try things out on them. I know they love my low fat meal for Pork tenderloin so I'm having a go at other things now like Tofu!
