I love to cook for my family and am always looking for something new to prepare or for a better way to prepare an old recipe. I enjoy cooking all types of foods, but especially love Mexican and Italian. I make a mean tamale and really good chile verde. My next goal is to purchase a pasta making machine and experiment with all sorts of fillings for ravioli. I'm an Arkansas girl, so good Southern cooking plays a huge role in what graces our table, even though most additional fats and breadings are eliminated from recipes when possible.
