Retired engineer who loves to cook. Cooking, especially baking is a challenge during the winter due to 4500 ft. elevation. Formulas for high altitude baking don't always work. One of my specialties is Monster Cinnamon Rolls created by Goldie Bear (author Diane Mott Davidson). It has become a Christmas tradition for Christmas morning (I make it the night before and leave it overnight for the second rising then bake it in the morning).
