I am a professional speaker and a closet chef wannabe. Cooking is my way of unwinding and escaping from the stresses of life. My kitchen is my "cave" and one of my favorite things is to enter it and create something from the top of my head. My signature dishes are usually served with a savory sauce and usually include the use of wine, beer, mustard, sausage, or heavy creme.
