I've done my Hotel Management course from India. I've worked with Taj Group of hotels(India), Burj Al Arab , Dubai(world's tallest hotel) and presently working with an US based Cruise Liner. My all time favorite books are : Larousse and Escoffier. My favorite chefs are : Chef Anton Mossiman and Chef Marco P. White.
