I've cooked in Seafood, American, and primarily Traditional Italian restaurants. One of the Traditional Italian restaurants I began cooking at, I worked up to being one of two operators of the restaurant before I graduated from Florida State. I have always loved cooking, and started as young as 5 when my mother came home and caught me red handed cooking a grilled cheese. :) I hope to share many recipes and ideas with you all, but as a proud father of two (a seven year old girl, Eisley, and a three month old boy, Ellis) my hands are full! I will add what I can!
