I can't resist a challenging recipe. I would have to say my favorite is Japanese. I always end up stressed out, juggling five different dishes with the same serve time and not enjoying the eating part.. I'm not a chef. I base everything off of exotic ingredients and my guests facial expressions! Interesting fact - One time I was at a restaurant and I could not for the life of me figure out a couple of the ingredients in a dish I was having. I did everything I could to bribe the staff to no avail. A few hours after I left I called in pretending to be the spouse of a recent patron whom was having an allergic reaction to the same dish and demanded to know the sauce ingredients. It worked and is my current profile picture.
