I am a kindergarten teacher, married for seven years, no kids yet. I could only make mac n cheese from the box when I first got married. But now thanks to the Pampered Chef and a Cooking Light subscribtion, I am considered to be a "gourmet chef" by friends and family and often hear "What happened to you?" I like to try a few new gourmet menus every time I am off track and enjoy baking breakfast items and desserts.
