I live in Connecticut with my husband of 18 yrs in a condo with a small kitchen & precious little counter space. The kitchen table therefore doubles as a work surface when we are not sitting at it. I work full time in the Accts Receivable Dept leaving me little time to cook during the week so I do as much cooking as I can on the weekends.  I enjoy baking, but limit it to once a week because it is an evil indulgence that needs to be kept in check.Â
