I was a perfumery and flavouring chemist. I have been retired many years now. I love cooking most of the time but not always. I love having a secret ingredient in my preparations. My wife is still working so I run the home. I never make negative observations all people have their likes and dislikes we are all unique in our judgements.A little burnt is sometimes good too and can be beautiful.
