I started cooking when I was about 10 years old. At 15 I was a part time cold food prep in a large kitchen. At 19 I was a Fry Cook. I left the cooking industry at age 21 after having work in it for 6 years. Today I am 28 years old and work in the I.T. Industry yet I enjoy cooking now more than ever. I am currently focusing on BBQ'ing. Living on the Beach in sunny Southern California provides a great atmosphere for year round BBQ'ing. I look forward to sharing ideas and such with others!
