High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol and extra pounds forced me to make a change in my lifestyle and eating habits. I didn't want to give up all the foods I loved so I started to look for ways to make them more healthy while tasting good. I discovered some wonderful low-fat and fat-free substitutes that didn't change the taste of foods. I've taken off some of the weight (still working on it) and I'm healthier than I've been in years.
