I am a stay-at-home mom with two children, a boy 14 and daughter 8. Besides doing the family stuff, I am a Girl Scout leader, Block club leader and Sunday School teacher. Cooking and gardening are my pleasures and adventures as I like to learn through experimentation. Minnesota summers are nice for gardening, but I am not fond of winters that seem to last for 5-6 months.
