I'm a student at UCF, and I'm determined not to eat horrible food and gain the freshman 15! My first homemade cookies were horrible. I thought it'd be a great idea to decrease the fat content by using olive oil instead of butter. NOT a brilliant idea! They weren't terrible.... they just tasted and looked like gross muffins! So, here I am looking for tips on cooking well so I can serve wonderful meals to my friends!
