Coconut Shrimp

A crispy beer and coconut battered shrimp.

Serves: 6




  1. Mix beer, egg, milk, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
  2. Dredge shrimp in batter mixture then redip a second time. Roll in coconut then let rest about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry until golden.
