Slice & Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Make and freeze your own cookie dough. It cost less then the store brands.

Serves: 48




  1. Cream together the butter and sugars.
  2. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Divide into four balls.
  6. Roll each into an 8 to 10 inch roll.
  7. Wrap in waxed paper, then put in a freezer bags.
  8. Freeze.
  9. When needed pull out of the freezer, slice and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
