Give yourself to the Dark Chocolate Side.

Star Wars nerds (and, like, everyone else) are ramping up for the highly anticipated December 15th release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Now, in addition to using the force, sci-fi fans will also be able to taste it.

It’s the Return of the Ample Hills Creamery, and they’re striking back with a second round of Star Wars-themed ice creams. Following up on the success of the “Dark Side” and “Light Side” ice creams that were produced by Ample Hills for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the creamery has released a limited-edition run of three small-batch flavors—available in a specially designed box—in honor of the new film.

For the noble Jedi in all of us, there is “The Force”: an ice cream so powerful that it can lift an X-Wing Starfighter from the swamps of Dagobah. The Force is a balance of sweet, light ice cream and dark fudge swirls. White and dark chocolate pearls are sprinkled throughout, representing the galaxy.

Got a little rebel in you? “The Resistance” might be the flavor that sets your civilly disobedient spirit alight. Brown sugar and vanilla bean ice cream contains a wild and mixed mumbo-jumbo of flavors, including red velvet cake, hard and stubborn toffee and fluffy marshmallows.

We all need to be tempted by the dark side sometimes, so Ample Hills created the “First Order” flavor. Dark, salted chocolate ice cream is made with intense cocoa powder, bittersweet chocolate and energetic espresso. You’ll try to resist, but you will never win.

The ice creams are available online in packs of three for $30. Order away and prepare for the coming of The Last Jedi. Just remember to savor it slowly, and be careful not to choke on your convictions.
