Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Were Gifted 5 Tiers of Cheese
The dairy is strong with this cake.

Prince Harry and fiancée Meghan Markle are getting hitched in May and are now in the market for a cake. While rumors point to a preference for banana-flavored goodies, the couple was surprised last week with a tall, tiered treat of a different sort.
Cheese? Yes please, Gromit.
At the couple’s first visit to Wales together, luxury Welsh cheesemaker Snowdonia Cheese Company stopped by to offer up five wheels of cheese, stacked to resemble a wedding cake.
“Oh my goodness,” said Markle upon seeing the cake, “how sweet is that?”
To which one might respond, not very sweet at all!
At the base of the “cake” was the company’s award-winning Black Bomber—an aged cheddar. On top of that, in green wax, was the Green Thunder—a cheddar with garlic and herbs. Then, in red, a wheel of Red Storm—an aged yellow cheese. Towards the top was the Beechwood—a cheddar smoked with beechwood and entombed in yellow wax. To top it off was another Black Bomber in miniature form.
The royal and his bride-to-be did not bring the cake home with them, though they would have been more than welcome to if they had wanted.
“We made it for them. It’s to celebrate their wedding and to offer our congratulations to them,” said Simon Mercer, a director at Snowdonia, according to People. “They are very welcome to take it away but it’s unlikely.”
