80+ All-Time Best Thanksgiving Recipes for the Perfect Feast

Thanksgiving is all about indulging others with an abundance of food and appreciation. So why not treat them with a new recipe for turkey, dressing or casserole for the holiday season.

Roast Turkey (Easy Steps for New Cooks)

"I was born and raised in Germany, so turkey is not really my cup of tea but when I tried this recipe for Thanksgivimg, all my (american!) friends said that they never had a better turkey! Great recipe, easy to follow."

-Birgit 2

Basic Stuffing Balls With Variations

"These were very good. I added chopped apples, and fresh sage and thyme from the garden rather than poultry seasoning. Because I was making them for Thanksgiving I always try to make as much as I can ahead of time, so I baked them two days before, stuck them in the freezer and when needed, just reheated for about 15 minutes with foil overtop. They were nice and crispy. We did our turkey on the rotisserie in the BBQ. I do prefer a stuffing outside the bird anyway and will surely make these again, perhaps adding a couple of other of your variations. Thanks foodtvfan!"

-Jan in Lanark

Cranberry, Feta and Walnut Salad

"Wonderful! I served this salad with a turkey dinner and it really complemented the meal. To my dismay I realized I did not have honey so I substituted honey mustard for the honey and the mustard and the dressing was delicious."

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

"Delicious! Tried other mashed sweets, but couldn't find the right mix, til now! Being lazy, I didn't even cut the pieces small, just in big chunks, and used 1% milk instead of heavy cream. Whipped them in the Kitchenaid mixer and they were perfect! Thanks for the recipe."

Special Green Bean Casserole

"A wonderful dish! The recipe was easy and it was an elegant side-dish for our dinner. I especially liked the sour cream and Swiss flavors. I will be making this dish again."

-Miss Annie

Mini Pumpkin Pies

"I made these with a whole wheat flour pastry and they where lovley, i don't think i filled each mini pie enough as they sunk a little in cokking. Will make again though as they are great for my packed lunch at work. :)"

Hot Apple Pie (Adult Beverage)

"What is Tuaca? Never heard of it"

Turkey Pita Sandwich

"These are really good, though I'm not giving a star rating because I changed the recipe quite a bit. Our cucumbers got shoved to the back of the fridge and froze, so I skipped those. I used dried dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder in the yogurt. Then I used goat cheese instead of feta, and added some chopped pecans. Great way to use up leftover turkey or chicken!"

Turducken Roulade

"I have made this now 5 teams, at least, and it is simply superb tasting, and supremely simple to make. When you want to pound the breasts, cover you counters with a layer of plastic wrap, lay the breasts on the plastic warp, then lay another layer on top of this. This stops splattering raw juices around the kitchen, and makes cleanup easier. Note that you still MUST clean and sanitize the countertop after the dish is made. I use a bread stuffing in place of the rice stopping (really, what you want is two different stuffings), and I don't use a baking bag-I tent it in aluminum foil. The bags are expensive and sometimes hard to find, I always have aluminum foil around, and it's cheap. If the bacon does not look done, when the cooking is finished, remove from the bag or foil, and place under the broiler (NOT too close) for a couple of minutes to finish the bacon. Finally, the resting before carving is vital, as is making sure the temperature, taken in several places, is over 165°F (74°C) for reasons of food safety. Note that some turducken roulade recipes use 3 stuffings, but I find that the amount you could place inside the chicken breast is so small, it's not worth the effort making a third type of stuffing."

-Colin P.

Oven-Baked Mushroom Stuffing

"Your recipe was delicious! The only mistake that I made was cutting it down to two servings, but I'm going to make it again soon. I liked the part of adding the beaten eggs to the broth, it made it so much easier to mix in with the stuffing at the end. I used the corn bread stuffing and the thyme. Thank you very much for posting it, and I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving."

-Home Cooking

Stove-Top "roasted" Red Potatoes

"This recipe is perfect. I love that its quick to make and tastes just like the real deal. I can't rave enough about it. It doesn't work well with large cuts of potatoes, so 'bite-size' is really 'bite-size'"

Brussels Sprouts in Garlic Butter

"Normally I steam the brussel sprouts then saute in browned garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan. So I figured this was just another avenue to the same thing. WRONG!!. These are fabulous and far superior to the way I made them before. The cooking time was perfect and the brown roasty part is an excellent touch. Even with exactly the same ingredients this technique produces a much better result. Do not forget to salt and pepper liberally. At the end of cooking I did swirl in another pat of butter. Only minor problem is that if you are cooking for a crowd you will need a couple of pans. This will be my sprout standard from now on. Now I am sure I want to adopt Tracy. "

Sweet Potato Dumplings

"I made the recipe in a 9" square pan—I made half the dumplings but did not halve the sauce. They cooked in about 33 minutes. Mine were more crescent-shaped than round, which worked just fine. I took a number of suggestions from other reviewers and it turned out well. I was careful not to overlap the dumplings, used butter-flavored biscuits, halved the sugar in the sauce, substituted as much of the potatoes' packing fluid for water as I had, and added some cinnamon and sugar and vanilla to the filling. I will continue to use all of these tweaks when I make it in the future. My family loved them, but it was suggested that they would work better for breakfast than a dinner side. I think they work fine either way."

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

"We love this delicious recipe that is sweet and salty in perfect harmony!"

Brandy Alexander

"Starts out strong but mellows out -yum"

Cranberry Turkey Wraps

"Great for a Thanksgiving get together with finger foods, thanks for sharing this recipe. I made as directed. I will make these again."

Stuffed Turkey Breast With Cranberry Glaze

"This dish was excellent as is. I had a turkey breast I needed to make and found this recipe to try. The stuffing was moist and flavorful and the glaze tasty. We devoured it. I have made it another time since. It's a keeper. Thanks!"

-Maria in Belgium

Wild Rice Mushroom Stuffing

"MMMMMMM Doubled the recipe and couldn't stop eating it after step 10 - before I even heated through. Found this to be a little moist so will reheat leftovers without a cover."

-karen in tbay

Green Beans Almondine

"Yum! I cut the beans into 1 inch pieces and cooked them for 10 minutes. After roasting the almonds in the butter, I added the cooked beans to the same pot and mixed it all together, so the beans borrowed some of the buttery flavour too!"

Mashed Potato Spinach Casserole

"We normally have just cheesy mash, so I thought that adding some spinach in there would make a nice change. We loved this! It was the perfect side to our steak! Really easy to make and delicious!"

Idaho Potatoes Supreme

"YUM!! What a great potato dish! I sliced my pototoes real thin and I added about a 1/4c.whipping cream to the soup mixture and added about 1/2tsp of black pepper and a bundle of chopped green onions and I used cream of chicken soup. We really enjoyed this recipe. :) Thanks so much for sharing the recipe."

-Marsha D.

$500 Margarita Bread

"If Sunshine says it's gonna' be good-take it to the bank, it's gonna' be GOOD. I made a quadruple batch and got 4ea 8" and 1ea 9" loaves; 1 for Christmas brunch and 4 to give as superior gifts along with a carton of the cream cheese spread for every loaf. I sampled the brunch loaf and sampled again and then had to square off my slanted cut and, you know... This is quite possibly the finest thing ever done with a pkg. of dates. 27* Fabulous. need a nap..."

Pumpkin Martini Recipe

"Wow, this is so decadent it's more like a dessert!"

Turkey/ Cranberry/ Dressing Panini

"A delicious way to visit Thanksgiving dinner on a bun. I did not use all the butter that was called for. I just put a thin coating on the buns. I used Sourdough Hamburger Buns for the bun and the George Forman grill as a panini press. I was fortunate enough to have fresh sage."

Leftover Turkey Casserole

"We had this last night. I also layered it differently, stuffing on bottom, turkey, creamed corn, threw in some French's onions, then the mashed potatoes, more onions and topped with shredded cheese. Very tasty! A definite keeper!"

Spicy Roast Turkey

"I have used this recipe three times and it comes out perfect each time. It gives the turkey wonderful flavor without being spicy. My kids love it and my son can't handle anything spicy. The skin also has a great crunch while the meat is super juicy and moist throughout. I make this every Thanksgiving and even on Christmas. Its everyone's favorite. I do make a few substitutions. I use 2 tsp of fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I also use 1/2 sweet onion, minced instead of onion powder. Garlic powder and onion powder give me terrible heart burn. So I use the fresh ingredients instead."

-Jannelle H.

Crock Pot Stuffing

"I have made this recipe for years, but never included apple. Will do that this year. I have one thing that I add to this, that makes it just like "in the bird" stuffing. I buy a turkey thigh, or wing, or similar size piece of turkey in the fresh meat case, and put that on top of the stuffing when I let it cook. It cooks for about three hours, and the turkey is cooked all the way through, plus the stuffing has the taste of turkey that makes it so delicious! It just adds a scrumptious flavor, and you can always use more dark meat!"

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

"These were delish! I added some scallions on the top as well."

Philly Mashed Potatoes

"Our family loved this. I'm leaving the stars blank though because I used instant mashed potatoes and then stirred everything into that. It made it so easy! I also added some chopped parsley with the french fried onions."

Lazy Cottage Pie

"This dish was GREAT!!! I just HAVE to give it five stars; it is EASY, INEXPENSIVE, and TASTY! I used homemade mashed potatoes; and I put a handfull of shredded cheddar into the potatoes, then a little more on top. Thanks for the recipe!"

Leftover Turkey and Leek Pot Pie With Instant Gravy

"Bloody lovely!! Thanks."

-Mike G.

Spice-Rubbed Smoked Turkey

"I think I found the go-to recipe for Thanksgiving now! This recipe doesn't require basting which is great. I put a 15 lb. marinated turkey onto a gas grill and grilled it at 375 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. The bird turned out fantastic! All I had to do was to maintain the temperature of the grill during cooking. Flavorwise, I mixed 2 tablespoons smoked paprika with all the spices and herbs stated in this recipe. That's the only change I made. Great recipe! Thanks for posting!"

Thanksgiving Panzanella

Easiest Creamed Spinach

"i made a few changes to this easy delicious recipe. i used 12 oz fresh spinach, 2 tbsp boursin cheese and 2 tbsp cream cheese. i cooked everything in the microwave, first the spinach, then stirred the cheese into the hot spinach and cooked it for 2 minutes. the sauce was delicious and it literally disappeared at the dinner table. i will definitely make this again, thanks barbara"

Graham Cracker Crust

"This was really good and really easy! I used cinnamon graham crackers from Trader Joe's and the result was REALLY good!"

Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Divan

"Great easy dish! I made it with string beans instead of broccoli because I didn't have any. Thanks for an easy and tasty dish!"

Easy Crock Pot Turkey Breast With Fail Proof Gravy

"We loved this way of cooking a turkey breast. It came out so very tender. I did make a little mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Sage, sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. I love a lot of seasoning on my turkey. Rubbed the mixture under the skin and all over the turkey. The gravy was really good, added Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce to the gravy to give it a nice brown color. Will be using your recipe many times."

Upside Down Potato & Onion Tart

"Not only does the taste of this scream out flavor, but the smell in my house while it was cooking had the neighbors inviting themselves to dinner. So good, can't wait to make it again"

-Bonnie G 2

Garlic Cream Cheese Corn

"Fantastic! I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9" pie pan. Also, didn't use quite the full amount of cream cheese and next time will probably reduce the cream cheese a bit more. Added a light sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. Also added sliced jalapenos to half the dish, as my MIL makes this dish and I love the heat! Left half the dish without jalapenos in case my guests didn't want them - I ended up having to eat the side without, so many people wanted jalapenos!"

Cherry Almond Creamy Cheese Pie

"This was delicious, with the cherry and almond flavors blending perfectly. I used almond extract (about half the amount of liqueur called for, since the extract is so strong). My crust didn't turn out very well; it was very hard to cut without breaking up although I used a sharp knife. The directions didn't say how to mix, so I cut in cold butter by pulsing my food processor as I usually do for pie crusts and shortbreads. It was still delicious although it didn't make for a pretty presentation when served."

Quick Turkey Pot Pie

"This recipe was quick and very good. I did make a few changes however. I was out of bisquick so I had 2 9 inch pie crusts that I used for the bottom and the top. I added some poultry seasoning for a little more flavor and it turned out great! My kids wanted seconds and my daughter is a very picky eater who loved it!"

Honey Brined Smoked Turkey

"I have used this recipe several times (the brine). I don't smoke the turkey, I just rinse the turkey and cook as usual. I've given this recipe to several people and this is the only way they do their turkey now!"

Bread Stuffing

"This recipe is sooo good, my family raved and raved how good my dressing was and I have been cooking for over 50 years. It was by far the best recipe I have ever had!!! Thank you so very much for sharing this."

Sauerkraut Salad

"You lost me at "canned" sauerkraut."

Mashed Brussels Sprouts With Parmesan and Cream

"Haven't made it yet but wanted to share U.S. measurements: 1.5 kg = 3.3 lbs. 284 ml - 9.6 fluid ounces 150 g = 0.63 cup (just over half a cup) Hope that helps others -- I can't wait to try this recipe!"

-Tricia...tries it

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Pie

"Froze it overnight. Fantastic!"

Frozen Cranberry Margaritas

"I messed this up a little because I did not look carefully at the instructions until right before my party, so I assumed it was a blender recipe, not a freezer recipe. It was no big deal, though. I just used ice cubes instead of water, and made 1/2 at a time (the whole recipe would not fit in the average blender). Everybody loved the taste, so I might try doing it again the "right way" soon."

Creamy Turkey Tetrazzini

"I used to have a great turkey tetrazini recipe that has been lost, so had to find another. I only make Tetrazini recipes with sherry and without canned soups. This recipe is an absolute winner. My new "go to". Will cherish it.
Thanks so much for already tweaking the recipe to such perfection. I added a bit more sherry (to taste) but your refinement work on this is a masterpeice. Thanks so much for sharing!"

-brownstone gal

Thanksgiving Leftover Extraordinaire!

"GREAT sandwich. The only exceptiom is I made it as posted and heated it in the microwave at work today. Keeping this one for leftover turkey in the future. Made for PRMR tag."

-weekend cooker

Good Old Fashioned Drunken Turkey

"I injected about 1/2 cup of whiskey into the turkey in about 10 different areas. It was delicious and was a bit hit with the family. I had about 1/8 of an inch of whiskey left in the glass and added it to my cup of breakfast coffee. "

Traditional Cornbread Dressing

"It reallly irritates me when people write a review and DO NOT follow the recipe. People, do not write a review on someone's recipe if you are not going to follow it exactly. When you change it, it is not their recipe anymore. EVERYONE does this. No matter which site I am on."

Crock Pot Sweet Potatoes & Cranberries With Toasted Pecans

"Had some left-over raw sweet potatoes and fresh cranberries from the holidays, and put this together. Left the crockpot on HIGH for 4 hours, and the aroma wafted through the house all afternoon ! Did not include the pecans, personal choice, and this made a lovely side to the pork tenderloin I had in the oven. It was not at all "wet" with the lid on, and will fix this when the family is here. Thanks for posting !"

Cranberry Glazed Meatballs

"This is actually delicious! I made my own vegetarian meatballs and used this as a sauce ... served with some mashed sweet potatoes and kale. Heavenly. My omnivore bf loved this. I've already made it twice. Thanks for sharing!!!"

Pumpkin Pecan Pie

"I recently made this recipe for a pot luck, but had no idea it would be the talk of the town. This recipe combines my two favorite fall desserts: pumpkin pie and pecan pie. I thought it might be too sweet, but it wasn't. I love pecan pie, but hate the super sweet filling, so the pumpkin is much less sweet, but you still get the buttery pecan topping. Excellent holiday pie."

Caramel Pear Pie

"Wow, YUM! My husband isn't a dessert guy, but he LOVED this pie. I made my own caramel but otherwise followed the recipe as is. Definitely a new favorite pie."

-Hot Mama Chef

Day After Turkey Sandwich

"Who knew leftovers could be so good?! We sliced our homemade yeast rolls and topped them with swiss cheese and leftover deep-fried cajun turkey. Then we put them in the oven at 350 long enough to melt the cheese and brown the rolls. Once they were out of the oven, we added mayo and whatever leftover toppings (green beans, mashed potatoes, etc.) we wanted. I was most skeptical about the cranberry sauce, but it was really good on the sandwich! Thanks!"

-Lucky Clover

Cranberry Butter

"This is wonderful. Full of flavor. My only regret is that I cut the recipe down to 1/4th for just two of us. Really much easier than it sounds, too! Will be making this again. Great on our waffles. Made for Best of 2011 game."

-Outta Here

Fried Turkey Rub With Cajun Injection

"Just fried two turkeys for Thanksgiving and it was a great success! Instead of beer, I used 2 cups of chicken stock & 1 cup of apple juice. (double recipe). Also reduced the amount of salt. Will use this again soon!"

-Thurman Clark

Bread Dressing for Turkey

"This was an excellent dressing. You can add mushrooms or whatever you would like also. The only thing is the recipe says it makes 10 servings. I doubled it and it made about 8 servings so that is a bit off. Otherwise, this was soooo good."

-Denise G.

Cranberry Apple Stuffed Squash

"A buttercup squash, which has a sweet creamy orange flesh that tastes similar to a sweet potato, was the perfect vessel for this flavorful stuffing. I recommend using one of the naturally sweeter varieties of apples like a Gala because a sour Granny Smith apple would be too tart paired with the cranberries. I omitted the pecans and added one teaspoon of fresh orange zest which enhanced the flavor of the frozen cranberries. Instead of cooking the filling in a saucepan, I stuffed the raw squash with the uncooked cranberry-apple mixture and baked at 350F degrees for one and a half hours since I was not in a rush. The longer cooking time really allowed the squash to absorbed the delicious flavors of the filling. Since a buttercup squash has a very small inner cavity, there was excess filling. I baked the excess filling with a little water in a small Corningware dish with a lid. After the squash was done baking, its filling settled into the cavity making room to add the rest of the separately baked excess filling. The tartness and sweetness of Cranberry Apple Stuffed Squash was the perfect side dish for my roast lamb. Thank you, Brooke the Cooke in WI, for a combining my favorite flavors of fall into a side dish that is tasty enough to be star of the show!"

-Garden Gate Kate

Cranberry Maple Carrots

"Wonderful vegetable side! I used thick sliced fresh carrots because I had lots on hand. I didn't have real maple syrup so I subbed with maple flavored pancake syrup. The aroma when you add the syrup, ginger and rosemary to the hot carrot mixture is simply divine! The glaze is so pretty and shiny immediately after cooking. I had to make this ahead of time to take to a family dinner and therefore I had to reheat it for serving. It still tasted great, but the glaze absorbed some and lost its shine. I recommend serving it immediately after glazing. Next time I will cook the carrots ahead of time but wait and add the glaze ingredients instead of doing it in advance. Thanks for a great recipe, Lennie. It made a wonderful addition to our Thanksgiving dinner."

-Donna M.

Raspberry Almond Pie

"Tasty! I tented it with foil for the first 30 minutes of baking time then removed the foil and let it cook for a further 15 minutes to brown and set. Also used the original amount of sugar (1/2 cup) and found it was the right sweetness. Next time I'd add almond extract to the batter, too. I also sprinkled chopped almonds onto the batter before baking for texture & decoration."

-Izy Hossack

Cranberry Wobbler

"I used to grind the cranberries in the old food grinder that clamps to the counter, then moved to the Cuisinart, but now I put them in a pan and heat them on a low heat until they start to pop and get mushy, brings out the juices too, I then just add them to the jello when its time and people really like it, one more pan to clean but they turn out so good."

Turkey Barbecue Sandwich

"This is just brilliant! A wonderful way to use up leftover chicken an so nice that you make the sauce rather than use shop bought. The sauce is just phenomenal! I think I'll be making it on its own and bottling it for adding to meals, it's honestly that good!"

Apricot-glazed Turkey with Onion and Shallot Gravy

"Best turkey ever, and DH couldn't get enough (until he couldn't stand up from his chair). Thank you for providing such a wonderful recipe for my first turkey attempt. This may be the only recipe I will ever need."

Bread Stuffing - Nothing Compares With This!

"great stuffing .1st i used fresh cranberries just sauted them with onions it turns a pretty pink ,its a little tart really good stuff the apple with the cranberry was nice for zaar tou 6"

-Dienia B.

Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce

"Wonderful. I used light brown sugar (only 3/4 cup) and added a cinnamon stick. Very easy and tasty."

-Red Jenny

Sweet Acorn Squash With Apples and Craisins (Crock Pot)

"I'm not a fan of squash, but made this for Thanksgiving because my mom is. I cut my squash into eighths because the quarter servings were too big. Of course that meant no "cup" to hold the bits and juice, but it worked out just fine. I served in bowls and poured the juice on top. As far as squash goes, I thought this was pretty good, but my mom wasn't wowed so I won't make again."

Tiny Cinnamon Rolls

"I started with 3 tubes of crescent rolls. Cut each of the rolled up cinnamon rolls in 3 pieces. I then put them in a 13x9 baking pan. They were probably bigger than the original ones. But! That didn't make them last any longer!! These can vanish right before your eyes! They were absolutely yummy!! Such an easy way to get such a great treat! Thanks Nurse Di, these will be a regular here."

Citrus Cranberry Delight

"Loved the cranberry and lime mixture. BK, another one of your wonderful drinks. We made the non-alcoholic version. Made for AU/NZ tag."

-Lavender Lynn

Perfect Turkey in an Electric Roaster Oven

"I was very nervous about cooking a turkey in an electric roaster. However, the turkey turned out better than expected. I was told best turkey ever! The only thing I would have done differently because my roasting lid was a little warped (lid didn't fit properly )I should have used a little foil to close some of the gaps. I cooked a 20.5 lb butterball turkey. put butter under the skin. Some garlic, onion and an apple in the cavity. I used olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on top of the skin. Most people in my family dislike sage, an ingredient in poultry seasoning. in 4 hrs 15min the turkey was done to perfection. I let it rest for 20min. so juicy. Still too hot to cut ( the breat was shredding.so we had to let it cool a little longer.( My mother in law said that when turkey is too hot it will tend to shred instead of slice.) After cooling a bit longer it sliced perfectly. I had tons and tons of gravy! best gravy ever! I even bought back up gravy. never had to touch it. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. I had room in my oven for everything else."

Cornbread, Sausage, Apple, & Pecan Stuffing

"I made this for today's Thanksgiving dinner and the family was in awe! This recipe is definitely a keeper. I made a few minor modifications based on some of the reviews and experience making stuffing: 1)peeling the apples is a must; 2)used 3 different types of Stove Top Stuffing (turkey, chicken, and cornbread) to save time; 3)omitted all spices since they were contained in Stove Top Mixes; 4)Added 1.5 cups dried cranberry for added taste and color; 5)Used 20 oz Chicken Broth vs. 14 oz; 6)Used the remaining ingredients as listed. 6)Made this last night and baked at 325 for 40 minutes fully covered; Cooled and then refrigerated overnight; 7)In preparation for today's dinner, I took it out of the refrigerator and let it set covered at room temp for about an hour before I wanted to reheat; Added 10-12 oz Chicken Broth into the mix and stirred; Reheated fully covered for 30-35 minutes at 350;"

My Crock Pot Green Beans

"These were so wonderful! They smelled so good while cooking that my family couldn't wait until they were done. I used plain broth because I couldn't find garlic flavored; and just added some minced garlic to it. I've tried this with both already cooked bacon and with raw bacon I had to cook and while I think the raw bacon you cook adds a little more flavor you could do it either way and still get fantastic results. My husband also took this to work for a potluck and everyone loved it there also. Thanks for sharing. We will be making these often."

Sweet Butternut Squash With Apples

"My kitchens culinary editing used 1 small butternut squash (remove seeds and skin, boil 1/2" cubes stovetop for 10 minutes until slightly tender). Remove liquid, stir in (and frequently thereafter) 1/2 cup fat free half & half, 1/4 cup spenda brown sugar, and 1 pealed and 1/2" cubed apple, return to simmer 5 minutes. Peel and cut 1 red pear into 1/2" cubes, cut 1 large seedless orange into 1/2" wedges, 1/3 cup dried cranberries and 1/3 cup spiced rum. I added the (fully ripe) pear, orange, cranberries and rum at one time returned to simmer 1 to 2 minutes, remove and transfer to a bowl. Slap yo' Momma good. Capt'n Morgan will want to trade some rum for this recipe."

-Don Fitz

Smoked Gouda Brussels Sprouts Gratin

"Brussels Sprouts are my favorite veggie. Combine that with gouda and it is a match made in heaven. I made this last Christmas and my family couldn't stop talking about it all night. They were literally licking the sauce out of the bowl...no joke. This recipe is definitely a keeper and will be a regular on the holiday menu."

Chocolate Chip Cranberry Muffins

"Love these muffins! With the exception of subbing the oil for coconut oil and extra zest, I made it exactly as described. Tart, with just enough sweetness. I also noted they were a bit pale and added a glaze of O.J. and 10X sugar. My minis will be served at an upcoming seminar I'm leading. Sure to be a winner...thank you!"

Cranberry Brie Bites

"These were FANTASTIC! They were simple to make and impressive enough that people thought I spent a lot of time on them! The people who were less-adventurous and had never had brie, were so surprised that they liked something new! Haha. After making them once as-is, I experimented with them some-- you can use the exact same recipe and substitute Lil' Smokies cut in half for the cranberry and they make an awesome savory bite. Another thing-- you can use Pillsbury croissants (in a can) if you can't find puff pastry!"

Hot Apple Pie (punch)

"I made this with hard apple cider and vanilla flavored vodka. Really enjoyed it! This recipe is such a keeper!"

Leftover Stuffing Balls

"Delicious! A nice change of pace for all my leftover stuffing! I added corn and cheddar cheese and used a cookie dough scoop to form evenly-sized balls. My family really liked them!"

Brie Bread

"Wow, this recipe was great!! I did not have any basil, so I used dried parsley. I did not have 6oz of brie, so I put 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and about 2-3 oz of cream cheese in the pan. I mixed and melted. The butter did not mix well with the cheese. I put the mixture on the french bread and broiled it. It still turned out wonderful. Thanks!"

Pumpkin Crunch Mini Muffins

"Mmmm... These muffins are not too sweet and wonderfully moist. The directions were simple and spot on. I was worried that perhaps the 1 Tablespoon of baking powder might be a typo, but since this recipe already had a great review on it, I held true and it worked great! The batter is very airy and I feel that this is what takes the pumpkin to a very delicate texture. We loved the brown sugar topping, it was great! I used Sunmaid fruit bits which has cranberries in and next time I will add some chopped pecans too. I also used regular sized tins and got 12 muffins in 18 minutes. Thanks for sharing this keeper recipe. :)"

Homemade Tater Tots

"These were tasty and a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes as suggested."

-Rebekah of SFD
